You will have a dedicated contact point at Trellis, and we are available during normal business hours via phone or email. We have a clear and well-trodden on-boarding process and can confidently say from the kick-off to ‘go live’ you can expect a 8–12-week timing. This includes the transfer of historical data, the setup of contemporary data feeds, full access and training. Our team will guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

Trellis boasts an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is certified under ISO/IEC 27001:2022.  All data is securely stored in the AWS Cloud in Sydney using robust 256-bit encryption.
