As a Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the client journey — supporting organisations as they onboard and engage with the Trellis platform. You’ll lead training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships that ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You’ll also act as the voice of the customer within our business, helping the product and tech teams understand user needs.
